Always be there in river and lake patrol.

With the application of river patrol app, our county takes the lead in officially launching the information system platform of river (Lake) chief system in the whole city. This platform has 301 access points to the river, lake and molder area throughout the county. Three high definition thermal imaging monitoring systems inNanyiLakehave also been connected to it. During the first quarter of this year, a total of 658 online patrols were carried out.

"No slackening" in inspection and secret investigation.

Focusing on the specific inspection such as the "eliminating the four disorders”, we secretly investigate 13 county-level rivers and lakes and 7 small-scale reservoirs which are under the jurisdiction of the river chief. 31 problems are found, among which 30 have been rectified.

Relentless in procuratorial supervision.

We explore the working mode of "river chief system +" and establish a joint meeting system between river chiefs' office and the procuratorate to carry out supervision of river patrol together. In the first quarter, we carried out joint river patrol once, joint law enforcement and supervision of water source areas twice. We also implemented the action of controlling and inspecting fishing nets in the river twice and one procuratorial proposal was issued.

河湖巡查“不掉线”。推广应用巡河APP，在全市率先正式启用河（湖）长制信息化系统平台，已接入全县河（段）、湖（片）库、圩301处，南漪湖高清热成像监控系统3处。一季度，共开展APP巡河658次。督查暗访“不松懈”。以“清四乱”等专项整治为重点，督查暗访河（湖）长管辖的13个县级河湖、7座小型水库，发现问题31个，完成整改30个。检察监督“不手软”。探索“河长制+”工作模式，建立县河长办与县检察院联席会议制度，开展联合巡河督查。一季度，开展联合巡河1次，水源地联合执法监督、拦河渔网整治督查行动2次，下达检察建议书1份。
